We will begin your exercise program with a fitness evaluation, and a great workout!

There are three parts. . .

Consultation

Before we can begin helping you achieve your specific goals we must first discuss your health history and any past injuries you may have. With you permission we may also contact your physician, or therapists who can offer us valuable insights about your existing or pre-existing conditions. The more we know about your health, the more accurately we can design a safe and effective program for you.

Customization

After reviewing your medical history and health profile, we’ll discuss your specific fitness goals. We can then create a personalized, multi-faceted fitness program that will combine your unique personal goals with your health history. We will also combine this with your physician’s specific recommendations. We will begin your exercise program with a fitness evaluation, and a great workout.

Optimizing your program.

The two key factors in your success are session frequency and your nutrition.

Session frequency refers to the number of workout session per week. We recommend a session frequency of three days per week for most people when starting your program in order to achieve a consistent training rhythm and to maximize your results.

Nutrition refers to the quality of your food choices and meal frequency. Eating several small meals per day will raise your metabolism and increase your energy. But what you eat is important as well. We will also discuss with you your nutrition to ensure optimal results. Our Nutrition specialist can also design meal plans for you to create a full proof plan for success.
