Fitness Boot Camp
is coming back!
We
want to start a boot camp around the
middle-end of April, and we need to know how many are
interested.
Want to join our Boot Camp???
Here's what you do
1. just go to our contact
us page
2. send us a message that says
"we want boot camp" with
your name and email address.
That's it!
As the final decision approaches we will send a
message to all of those on the list notifying them of the details.
What do we have planned so far...
1. 3 days a week
2. most likely in the evening
(starting around 6p or 630p)
if we have enough people we may do a early morning boot camp as
well.
3. designed to fit most fitness
levels (1-6.5) on a scale of 1 to
10. 1=no exercise experience (new beginner) 10=elite athlete. This
boot camp will work for 1 up to about 6.5.
however those with any back or joint
issues should opt for one-on-one training.
4. focus will be fat loss, and
muscle tone
