Message: What is the best exercise to flatten my abs? Answer: The squat By Far the best exercise to flatten and tighten the abs is not an abdominal exercise. Believe it or not It's the squat. "But How??" you say. The Squat works nearly every muscle in the body stimulating them to work together causing you to burn more fat calories and raise your resting metabolism. If you want a flatter leaner mid-section this is my number one choice for success.
